Privacy notice: register interest
Consider IT is the controller for the details you give here. We use your name, company, work email and tenant size only to contact you about the Helix365 beta and launch. We do not sell or share them, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.
About this notice
This notice is a draft, to be confirmed by our legal adviser. It covers the Helix365 register-interest form on this site only.
Who we are
Helix365 is provided by Consider IT. Consider IT is the controller for the details you send through the register-interest form.
What we collect
Your name, your company, your work email address, the size of your Microsoft 365 tenant (as a user band), that you agreed to this notice, the version of this notice you agreed to, and when you registered or last updated your details.
When you visit, the web server keeps an access log (your IP address, the page requested and the time) for security. Each log file is kept until it reaches its size limit and then for up to 30 days. Our lawful basis for this is our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure.
When you send the form, your IP address is also held briefly in memory to limit abuse of the form. It is not stored with your details.
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics.
Why we use it
We use your details to contact you about the Helix365 invite-only beta and the public launch. Our lawful basis is your consent, given by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us.
Who sees it
Only Consider IT staff working on Helix365. We do not sell your details, and we do not add them to any other mailing list.
Where it is stored
Your details are stored in a database on a server we run in London, United Kingdom, hosted by DigitalOcean, who act as our hosting processor. We do not pass them to anyone else.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or 12 months after the Helix365 public launch, whichever comes first. If you become a Helix365 customer, the Helix365 portal privacy notice applies from then on.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or withdraw your consent, by emailing the address below. If you register again with the same email address, we update your details rather than keep a second copy.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
